Losing Belly Fat Exercises - Flutter Progression Advice
It is important whilst you are performing this exercise, you make sure to keep all of your upper body still, imagine that you are frozen like a cold statue in the park! Make sure that your lower back is flat against the floor, you should feel comfortable and your legs must be straight. The you can simply perform your flutter progression by fluttering your legs at whatever speed you are comfortable with for 30 seconds.
You should be able to feel how effective Flutter Progression, in fact it is one of our best and favorite losing belly fat exercises.
When you first get started with this exercise just do what you feel comfortable with, if you cannot manage 30 seconds just do what you can and take a break for 30 seconds before trying again. Then leave if for a day or two then come back and try again.
