Losing Belly Fat Exercises - The Roll OverAs the series progresses you should be starting to really feel like your belly muscles are getting a good workout and be warned, this is a slightly more challenging exercise. The Roll Over will be really working your belly muscles and therefore its one of the most powerful losing belly fat exercises in the series, which is awesome news guys and girls!

Be careful though because the Roll Over is an advanced technique so we do not want you to hurt yourself. If you do not feel quite ready for it yet, its not a problem, you can simply repeat the Hip Lift and come back to the Roll Over in the future when you are more toned.

Keeping Motivated Is Key To Getting The Most From Losing Belly Fat Exercises

If you are ready to try this out the these are the key points:

  • Like the Hip Lift you should keep your head on the floor, your shoulders relaxed
  • Make sure you breath out when you roll your legs up and smoothly over your head
  • Inhale and then exhale again as you lower them
  • Keep your navel pulled in as you lower your legs
