<p>1) D is for Diet</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not talking about a diet in the sense of a fad diet, where you only eat apples of something like that. No, I am simply talking about you diet, what you consume on a daily basis. You should be eating lots of healthy fruit and vegetables along with low fat foods.</p>

Make sure that your lower back is flat  against the floor, you should feel comfortable and your legs must be  straight. The you can simply perform your flutter progression by  fluttering your legs at whatever speed you are comfortable with for 30  seconds.</p>
<h2>You should be able to feel how effective Flutter Progression, in fact  it is one of our best and favorite losing belly fat exercises.</h2>
<p>When you first get started with this exercise just do what you feel  comfortable with, if you cannot manage 30 seconds just do what you can  and take a break for 30 seconds before trying again. Then leave if for a  day or two then come back and try again.</p>

<p>Go Down to any Gym and take a look around. What you will see is at least one person (usually a lot more) rhythmatically pumping away on some cardio machine wondering why they seem to have stalled and are unable to lose anymore body fat. Aerobic training or cardio does burn more fat and calories during the actual exercise as opposed to anaerobic training like sprints or weight training for instance but this does not mean that cardio will promote more fat loss than anaerobic training. The reason this is the case is due to the effect it has on your metabolism or more specifically your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate)</p>
<p>Durting a typical cardio workout your RMR is elevated and remains so for about 1-2 hours after the workout. The real shocking fact is that following a slightly strenuous anaerobic workout(sprints, weight training or other high intensity exercise) your RMR will remain elevated for up to 1-2 days. This is because the strenuous exercise had caused muscle protein to break down in your body. In order for your body to repair the traumatized muscle it keeps your RMR elevated to perform protein synthesis. Simply put, this process of protein break down and regeneration means you burn a lot more calories from the residual RMR increase than you could in any long drawn out cardio session.</p>
<p>On trying to learn how to get rid of fat many people think they have to focus on the cardio to lose the weight. Sprints and weight training actually build up your lean muscle mass and therefore they speed up your metabolism. Another shocking fact is that excessive cardio can actually cause a loss of lean muscle mass and slow down your metabolic rate. So if your metabolism is low it is going to be much harder to lose anymore body fat and it will be much easier for your body to store it if you overeat. If a person has a primarily cardio based workout coupled with a poor diet then they tend to have a kind of skinny fat appearance where they have little or no muscle definition and excess body fat.</p>
